Engagement Model

At any point in the new product development (NPD) process, we will engage with our customers to learn what problems they are trying to solve, develop a proposal for how our team can best help, and then commit to achieving a world-changing result. This proposal includes a comprehensive statement of work that sets out what we will do and deliver. We then take responsibility for managing our resources and providing the highest quality results.
At FISBA, we believe our best work comes from mutual understanding and respect. Therefore, we do not seek to acquire Intellectual Property (IP). Instead, we focus on what matters most – helping our customers design right the first time and enabling successful new product launches. When our customers are successful, we are successful.
